This site is under development by the Jupiter-Tequesta, Florida UsToo Prostate Support Group (J-TUT).  It is intended to be useful to the members and others interested in prostate cancer and other diseases of the prostate.

Some 230,000 men will be diagnosed with this disease in 2006 and almost 30,000 will die from it!It is the second leading cause of death among men.   Afro-American men have even higher rates and face a major threat to their lives.  The J-TUT Support Group is open to all races and welcomes participation from the Afro community.

Awareness still lags behind in the adult male cohort.  Controversy now rages about the value of PSA screening. Many men are befuddled! We hope to help eliminate some of the confusion.

All J-TUT Support Group programs  for the coming year will be listed herein.

We have created a Medical Advisory Board to respond to visitors' questions on any and all prostate health issues.  So send in your questions and get an answer from the "pros".

Welcome to J-TUT's new venture.  Ideas and suggestions are welcomed by the Editor.

- David S. Most, PhD,  Editor and Chairman, J-TUT PC Support Group.
